Nope, you can create ONLY ONE account. We don't allow multiple accounts as such from the security/safety point of view and other reasons.
If you really need multiple accounts then contact us first with a genuine reason or explanation for the same. If it looked reasonable we will make an exception for you.


We may charge handling fee in some cases depending upon the matter because we bear losses on behalf of customer while receiving funds.

Handling fee is charged to setoff losses that we incur on behalf of the customer. Kindly find some examples below:

  • Transaction charges incurred to collect payment via payment gateways.
  • Man power consumed in processing the payment (if manual method).
  • Cross border or markup fee we pay while receiving international funds.
  • Currency conversion fee or losses we face due to fluctuation in currency rates.
  • Accounting cost we incur to maintain govt. financial compliances.
  • Tax we paid against the profit we booked on payment we received.
  • Additional tax filling burden we incur to setoff refund transaction.
  • Cost of maintaining the platform and infrastructure w.r.t finance.



When you register a new account on our platform, you get a confirmation email on your registered email.

The confirmation email sent to you contains a special activation link, you just have to click or visit that link in any web browser to automatically verify your email and hence activate your account.

The purpose of this verification is to confirms that you are the owner or have access to the email. Its very important to verify email from security point of view.

Steps to Add Funds using Paytm INR option:-

  • Go to to Add Funds into your account balance.
  • Enter the amount of funds you want to add (you will Pay in INR equivalent + GST Tax).
  • Select/Click "Pay with Paytm" option under "Pay in INR" section.
  • It will take you to a secure Paytm payment page, which will guide you further.
  • Pay with Paytm Wallet or Scan the QR Code via Paytm App, upon successful payment;
  • Submit Transaction Details [ORDER ID & AMOUNT] to Automatically Process the Payment.

If you missed to note down your Order ID, then you may have to check your Paytm app to find it or contact paytm or tell us as many details as you can so that we can verify your payment.

Payoneer is a manual payment processor but the good part is they are available in almost every country. In order to make payment via Payoneer, you can either directly send us the funds from your Payoneer account if you are existing Payoneer customers. You may find our latest official Payoneer account details at:

Otherwise you need to contact us and tell us the amount and we will send you a payment request accordingly.

You will receive an email from Payoneer with a payment link, Go to that link and make payment and inform us. We will credit the requested amount into your account balance.

Is there any fee?
From our end we don't charge any fee for payments made via Payoneer, you may have to choose appropriate options at your end to avoid any fee (if any) and pay the requested amount. Payoneer should deduct transaction fee from our account (if any).

Refund on Invoices

You may ask for the refund for added funds in your account balance on the invoice basis, but refunds are possible only if requested within 24 hours from the date of the transaction and the funds are unused.
Note: Refunds will not be possible if you have used (fully or partially) your added funds from your account balance.

Refund on Campaigns/Orders

You may terminate the campaign or cancel the order (if applicable and available) to get the refund back to your account balance for unused/unspent budget/funds.
Note: Refund will be given back to the account balance only but not be given on your invoice (original payment method)

Going to create a campaign or place an order?
First of all, you need to add funds into your account balance by using an appropriate payment method such as PayPal, Stripe, Paytm, Crypto, Wire, Bank ...etc at:

Quick Steps:

  1. Enter amount (USD) you want to add into your account balance.
  2. Choose your preferred payment processor such as PayPal.
  3. Hit "Checkout" button to go to secure payment page.
  4. Follow the instructions shown by respective payment processor to make payment.

Note: You balance should get updated accordingly if paid successfully.

Payment Processors:

  • For Indians :  We have dedicated INR payment processors such as PayPal INR, Paytm, Bank ...etc.
  • For Non-Indians : We have PayPal, Stipe, Payoneer ...etc.
  • We also accept Crypto currencies such as BTC, ETH, LTC and over 50 AltCoins through payment processors like Bitpay, GoCoin, CoinGate ...etc.

Note: Some payment processor may not be available.


Bitcoin is a kind of cryptocurrency and you need to have an account or bitcoin wallet at any one of your preferred bitcoin exchange/wallets.
You can buy or sell bitcoins from your account at any bitcoin exchange using your local currency. For more details, you may contact your bitcoin exchange where you have created account or have bitcoin wallet.

  6. Send equivalent BTC amount to the unique bitcoin address displayed.
  7. Funds will be credited to your account balance after 6 confirmations within bitcoin network.
Note: After you hit submit, It will take you to secure payment page of chosen bitcoin payment processor, where a unique bitcoin address will be shown, you have to send equivalent BTC to that address.


The minimum possible funds you can add is just $10 (may vary depending upon the payment processor or method)

How to Generate Invoice?

  • If you are going to pay via manual payment methods such as wire / bank you may require Invoice beforehand by your finance team.
  • If you need your company details mentioned in the invoice, kindly make sure to update the same in your profile (

2. Add your App into your account

You need to add your app (to be promoted) into your account at (login required)

  • Platform: Select your app type Android or iOS
  • Application ID / Application URL: Enter the application id or app store link.
  • Default Country: Choose a country that your app is primarily designed for or restricted to. If you don't know set this field to the United States.


3. Add some Funds to your Account Balance

  • You need to add funds (for campaign budget) into your account balance at (login required) before creating the campaign.

4. Create a Campaign from your Dashboard

If you want us to setup the campaign in your dashboard for you then please reach us at and share/confirm the following details:-

  • Application Link: (Play Store or App Store Link)
  • Target Country: (list of countries you want to target)
  • Installs: (Number of installs you want)
  • Delivery Type: Even (spread installs within 24h) or Burst (All installs at once)
  • Split Installs For: (Number of days to split your installs)
  • Keyword: (Enter keywords separated by comma(,))
    Note: Make sure your application is in search results for the keyword amongst the top 250 applications, otherwise, we won’t be able to promote it.
  • Add User Ratings: (Add 5-stars rates to your app)
  • Add User Reviews: (Add user reviews to your app)

As soon as you confirm these required details by contacting us, we will setup the campaign in your dashboard ASAP.

5. Manage your Campaign from your Dashboard



Usually if you stop promoting your keyword, and amount of organic traffic is not high enough, your keyword ranking might drop, so you might consider supporting your keyword with some amount of daily installs.

So, to prevent this kind of drop you need to continue buying keyword installs for your app on a regular basis.

Please note that if you have a campaign running for an app in some country then you can't run another campaign for the same app in the same country. If you try to run multiple campaigns for the same app in the same country then only one will be active at a time but rest will be in a waiting queue. In another words, we can have only one active campaign for same app in a particular country at a time i.e we can NOT run multiple campaigns for same app in a particular country as such but there is a tweak to solve this problem as given below.

If you want to run multiple campaigns for same app then what you can do is while creating campaign choose "Burst" as your delivery type and apply some capping such as 250 installs per day. Do the same with few more campaigns.
Due to burst mode what will happen is the campaign will reach it's daily cap ASAP and go into "Waiting" status then another campaign will become "Active" and after some time that campaign may also reach it's cap then similarly next campaign would become active and so on...  


Google may block or delete some or all the ratings, reviews attempted or delivered by us sooner or later for which we are NOT responsible at all because google's moderation policy is too strict for ratings, reviews and we can't stop them but we have already given clear Warnings / Disclaimers in RED at (login required) indicating the same, so you just buying ratings, reviews completely at your own risk.

What does NOT Found status means?

  • The status 'not_found' means that users cannot find your app in the search results by the keyword you have chosen because your app is NOT ranked anywhere for that keyword.
  • Quick Solution: Try pausing and running your campaign several times with some interval. This should resolve most of the cases. (If you believe your app exist in the search results)
  • You may have to contact support and ask us to terminate the campaign (remaining budget will be refunded back to your account balance) and choose a new keyword by which your app can be found in search results among Top 250 results.
    Note: Please follow all the instructions carefully while creating the campaign.

Exceptional Cases:
On the other hand, if you experience that a little number of installs was delivered but after that, your campaign was stopped with stats as ‘not found’ this means that most of our users cannot find your app by this keyword so the platform is unable to promote it. This happens because Google has personalized the search results which has made it dynamic and hence ranks from search results may vary for different google accounts and devices they use to search for your app. You can try setting the campaign again in a few days, this problem may go away. If NOT then it means we cannot work with this keyword.

2. If it does NOT update immediatly, it will be updated when you create campaigns.

Please give couple of hours to the app/campaign to see updated app details because google play it self take time to reflect the same.

Note: App details are updated when you create campaigns for it, in the process, it will be updated!



We may provide reports with device id and clients id but you may have to contact support for the same. Reports will be in csv format and should contain following information:-

  • Client ID
  • Device ID
  • Manufacturer
  • Model
  • Country
  • Keyword
  • Date

*make sure to check with support team prior to running campaign, if reports are available or not in your case.



How to manually check ranking of any app in Google Play in any country?
Yes, after you typed a keyword in Google Play, and got your result, just add &hl=en-US&gl=us at the and of your url and reopen this new url.

If your app is NOT ranking at all for any targeted keyword but you still want to promote it then, first of all, you will have to try following tricks so as to push your app into the search results of the targeted keyword:-

  • Run CPI campaign at to get some traction in order to boost visibility and penetration into the Play Store or App Store which will help your app to get indexed better for search.
    [Highly recommend for new apps otherwise your app will just be lost among millions of other apps]  
  • Try incorporating your targeted keywords into your App Meta where ever possible such as App Keywords, App Title, App Sub-Title, App Description ...etc.
    Note: make sure you do not do it too aggressively otherwise it will look spam!
  • Try adding/writing reviews to your app in PlayStore or AppStore in such a way that the targeted keywords are present in the context of the review.
    Note: do not do it from your dev account instead ask your team members or request your family and friends to do so.
  • Try giving "Thumbs Up" or marking "HelpFul" to the reviews in PlayStore or AppStore which contain your targeted keywords.

  • Try incorporating your targeted keywords into your App's Website where ever possible such as Meta Tags, Blogs, Pages ...etc
    Note: if you do not have any dedicated website for your app then try to develop one.
  • Try creating backlinks to your PlayStore or AppStore link by making use of the targeted keywords as anchor text.

Once your app enters into the search results of the targeted keywords and stabilizes at the desired rank position then quickly start running keyword campaigns for the targeted keywords and keep doing it on a regular basis if you want to keep your ranking otherwise it may drop with time.
